The snow may be with us for a little while, so Kings will be the fall back if the track is closed or pavements are not suitable to run on.  So, bring spikes or trail shoes with you on Mondays.

Remember, if you have a gym membership, you can always do a session on the treadmill or cross train.  Don’t take unnecessary risks as an injury can ruin your planned spring/summer racing schedules.

Lighter nights are coming, so hopefully, we will get some hills and more speed work on the track.
