Inter-Area Track & Field Challenge
Your country needs you!!!
On the 6th July, there will be a representative track and field competition in Coventry. Scotland, Wales, Ireland and various English regional clubs will be doing battle over a full track and field program. The different teams will be Men and Women in the following 4 separate age groups: 35-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 2000m walk, 80/100/110 hurdles, 4 x 100m relays, HJ, LJ, PV, TJ, SP, HT, JT, DT
In order to be eligible for selection, you need to be:
1. Paid up member of the Scottish Veteran Harriers Club;
2. UKA registered.
If you would like to be considered for selection, please email Eddie McKenzie at eddiemc@mighty.co.za or Clare Barr at clarebarr@yahoo.co.uk with your preferred events, as well as your vest and shorts size. Once we get numbers together, we can formulate detailed travel plans. SVHC will make a financial contribution towards travel and accommodation.
