AAAC members and parents:
Do you have leadership or management skills that would benefit the club?
Would helping guide and develop the club give you satisfaction?
Would gaining leadership experience benefit you outside of the club?
Would you like to give back to the club, kids, community?
If so, please consider putting your name forth at the AGM on 16 November for the leadership committee. The current expectation is that the primary need is for ordinary committee members (the club’s constitution mandates a minimum of 5).
Committee meetings are held monthly, usually alternating between the second Tuesday and Thursday of the month, 7-9PM at ASV. Other commitments between meetings would be based on further volunteering and/or an ad hoc basis.
Also, a person is sought to support the club’s finance officer, possibly being trained as a replacement for 2019/2020. If you have an interest or skills in finance, accounting, etcetera and are able to attend training nights at least periodically, please consider volunteering for this role.
