Last night, Aberdeen’s Sports Awards were held for the 25th time at the AECC. Among the honors given were Adult Coach of the Year to Eddie McKenna and Sports Achiever of the Year to Zoey Clark. In both cases, this is the second year in a row they have earned these awards.
Other AAAC honorees included Trevor Madigan who was shortlisted and Highly Commended for Coach of the Year and Lewis Clow who was shortlisted and Highly Commended for Disability Sports Achiever.
